Chocolate Pudding Recipe
125g soft butter.
150ml castor sugar.
5ml vanilla essence.
2 extra-large eggs.
200ml self-raising flour.
60g chocolate chips.
1 mars chocolate bar.
Preheat oven to 190°C.
Grease a medium-sized ovenproof dish with butter or margarine.
In a bowl cream the butter and castor sugar.
Add the vanilla essence and the eggs one by one.
Add the chocolate chips.
Sift the dry ingredients together and fold into the butter mixture, alternating with the water.
Turn the batter into the prepared dish.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until a testing skewer comes out clean.
Place the milk and mars chocolate bar in a saucepan.
Melt the chocolate over a low heat.
Serve with the pudding.
