Chicken Livers Recipe
1 onion, sliced.
oil for frying.
500g chicken livers, cleaned.
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
freshly chopped parsley for sprinkling.
In a pan on the stove sauté the onion in a little oil until soft.
Season the chicken livers with salt and pepper.
Add to the onion and fry until brown on the outside but still slighly pink inside.
Sprinkle some chopped parsley over.
Serve with rice or mashed potato.
TIP: You could curry the chicken livers if desired.
