Meatballs and Potato Wedges Recipe
1 packet bolognaise cook in sauce.
300ml boiling water.
3 tablespoons chopped sundried tomatoes.
seasoning (of your choice).
Mix cook in sauce with boiling water and tomatoes.
Season mince and roll into meatballs.
Arrange in an ovenproof dish and pour sauce over.
Slice potatoes into wedges, season and place on a baking tray.
Drizzle with oil.
Bake both dishes at 180°C for 30 minutes.
